We’re looking for an independent, creative, motivated professional able to fully understand the business and translate that knowledge into interesting training. is this you?

What’s the job? Develop training materials for our global Customer Care team as they advance in their position from entry-level to highly advanced. Utilize your technical skills to create branded, high quality training on multiple systems and coordinate their consumption with our global team.

We’re Looking For Someone Who Will...

• Operate, manage, and leverage an organizational LMS to full engagement
• Conduct instructional research and analysis on learners and contexts
• Work with subject matter experts and identify target audience’s training needs
• Apply tested instructional design theories, practice and methods
• Create supporting material/media (e-learning, video, simulations and games etc.)
• Create engaging learning content that enhances the learner’s knowledge retention
• Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process
• Maintain project documentation and course folders
• Lead another team of designers by ensuring our design guidelines are up to date with the latest trends in the instructional design fields and by ensuring the highest level of design

Have you done this kind of stuff?

• BS or MA degree in instructional design, educational technology or similar
• Minimum of one-year experience as Instructional Design
• Excellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
• Visual design skills (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator) and ability to storyboard
• Proficient in developing lesson layouts, e-learnings and learning videos
• Experience and proficiency with articulate storyline and rise
• Experience with a Learning Management System platform
• Very high level of English, including excellent grammar and spelling
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Great interpersonal skills and multi-tasking abilities
• Ability to work fast, multi-task and adapt to change quickly
