About The Position

KMS Lighthouse is looking for a training manager to support our growing team. We are looking for a talented individual that would be able to establish the team’s methodologies for the training area in the organization. You’ll be a strategic member of our team working closely with Delivery, Support, and Customer Success.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the training area in the organization
• Preparation/writing of training materials in English and Hebrew
• Performing training for diverse populations: internal, partners, and customers
• Management of professional forums globally
• Ongoing maintenance of a knowledge management system

Requirements

• Training and training development experience
• Excellent English
• Technology oriented
• Flexibility in working hours
• Experience with SaaS- an advantage
• Creative approach and excellent ability to convey visual messages through presentations and other tools
