As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a highly motivated Learning & Training specialist.

Responsibilities

•Design and produce creative learning solutions based on adult learning principles– that ensure effective and sustainable learning and performance outcomes

•Develop a broad range of learning solutions such as: eLearnings, presentations, tutorials, videos, exercises, job aids, user guides, assessments, etc.

•Work closely with subject matter experts to develop course curriculums and materials

•Lead training projects from end-to-end

•Implement and analyze measures to assess learning effectiveness

דרישות תפקיד:

•Fluent English (verbal and written)- a must

•Bachelor's degree in Learning technologies/Social Science/Organizational behavior- a must

•3-4 years as a learning professional and experience in developing a wide range of learning solutions ( eLearnings, video tutorials, webinars, presentations, lesson plans, job aids, assessments, etc.)- a must

•Excellent level of knowledge with learning development tools such as Articulate storyline / Rise/ Camtasia- a must

•Excellent level of knowledge in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.)- a must

•Strong interpersonal communication skills & ability to work as part of a team- a must

•Curious, fast learner, multitasking- a must

•Experience in Hi-tech environment- an advantage

•Experience in the payment industry– an advantage
