Professional Experience and Expertise in Social Planning for Aging (Age Friendly Cities) Extensive experience in consulting and planning for local authorities (municipalities) and government ministries, with special expertise in developing services for the elderly population (Third Age), urban planning, and community planning. • 2022–2024: Researcher and Consultant for the Ministry of Construction and Housing. Editing and writing a master plan for architects: Planning Age-Friendly Cities. • 2024–2025: Consultant and Planner for Tel Aviv Municipality. Developing community housing programs for people with disabilities. • 2024–2025: Planning physical infrastructure for halakhic practices and meeting places for senior citizens in Ramat Gan. In cooperation with Ohad Ben Dayan Architecture & Planning LTD. • 2022–2024: Consultant and Planner for the Muni 100 initiative on behalf of JDC-Eshel in Bat Yam Municipality. Consulting for the promotion of urban master plans for aging (age-friendly cities). • 2022–2025: Consultant and Planner for the Muni 100 initiative on behalf of JDC-Eshel: Lectures and instruction for municipal engineers and architects. • 2011–Present: Management of development processes and implementation of municipal services for senior citizens in Holon Municipality ("Age-Friendly City"). o Responsibility for establishing a multi-disciplinary planning team, writing policy documents and professional documentation, and integrating third-sector organizations. • 2023: Researcher funded by the National Insurance Institute.
