Emerging Leaders Fellowship

We are looking for bright college students between ages 18-22 years to build a cadre of future leaders, who have the intent and the ability to facilitate transformative change in society.

CURRICULUM

The Ananta Aspen Emerging Leaders Fellowship is a six-day seminar that equips participants with skills of problem-solving, collaboration, networking, communication, inclusivity and builds an appreciation for diversity in viewpoints. The sessions are moderated by Kamalnayan Bajaj fellows who are especially trained in the Aspen Methodology, to set these youngsters on a journey that helps them connect to the leader within.

SELECTION

The programme is a niche one, which seeks academically inquisitive students, proficient in English, who engage in multiple extracurricular activities and welcome challenges. Nominees/Applicants are shortlisted based on a detailed form and essay and selected post an interview.

FEES

On selection, a token donation of Rs 20,000 is suggested to cover boarding and lodging, group activities and seminar material. Limited need-based scholarships are available upon request.
