All copyrights and intellectual property rights – under any law – including in the design of the website, and in any software, application, computer code, graphic file, text, images, illustrations, maps, sound clips, video clips, and any other material contained therein, are the exclusive property of the Institute (the “Protected Material”), unless it is explicitly stated that the copyrights in the Protected Material belong to another entity.  No part of the Protected Material may be copied, distributed, publicly displayed, translated, or transferred to any third party without the prior written consent of the Institute.

The Institute’s website contains links to external websites that are not owned by the Institute, including external websites of lecturers. There are no legal or commercial relations between the Institute and such websites. The Institute is not responsible and shall bear no liability for the content of external websites. The Institute does not examine, verify, or monitor the content of these websites or their accuracy. Linking to such websites does not constitute a recommendation, approval, encouragement, or preference by the Institute of the linked websites, including their operators, documents, or any other material contained or displayed therein.

The Institute’s website may contain third-party content or provide access to such content through links on the website. The copyrights in such content belong to third parties. The Institute is not responsible for third-party content, including its accuracy, precision, completeness, compatibility, timeliness, meanings, or implications.

The user shall not copy, reproduce, distribute, market, or make public any material on the website, or any part thereof, without the prior written consent of the rights holder.

No commercial use may be made of any data published on the website, including for display on another website and/or any other service, without the prior written consent of the Institute and subject to the conditions of such consent (if granted).

The website may not be displayed in any form other than the manner in which it is presented, and links may not be made to pages within it, except to the homepage only. No page of the website may be displayed in a design or graphical interface different from that designed by the Institute, except with the prior written consent of the Institute.

Any material contained in or linked to or from the website shall not be deemed as granting the user any right, license, or permission of any kind, whether explicitly or implicitly, or in any other manner that could confer copyrights or intellectual property rights of any kind. The user acknowledges and agrees that the content on the website is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents, and other proprietary rights. The Institute reserves the right to remove any material that infringes the copyrights of any person or entity.

The services and information on the website are provided for use AS IS. The services cannot be adapted to the needs of each individual user.

The user shall have no claim, demand, and/or suit against the Institute regarding the characteristics of the services, their capabilities, limitations, or suitability for the user’s needs. The Institute is not responsible and shall bear no liability for any changes made to the material displayed in the service by the user and/or by any third party.
The user alone shall bear responsibility for the manner in which he uses the service.

The Institute makes every effort to maintain the proper functioning of the website. Nevertheless, the Institute does not undertake that its services will not be interrupted, will be provided regularly or without interruptions, will be secure and error-free, or will be immune from unauthorized access to the Institute’s computers or from damage, malfunctions, failures, or faults in the hardware, software, or communication lines and systems of the Institute or its providers.

The Institute does not undertake that the services provided on the website, the products, the information, or any other service received by the user through the website’s services will meet the user’s needs or expectations.

The Institute shall bear no liability for any information, advice, or counsel, whether oral or written, received by the user as a result of using the website. Such information does not constitute a substitute for a meeting or professional consultation with the Institute’s staff, and its use shall be solely at the user’s responsibility.

The Institute may, at its discretion and without prior notice, prevent the user from using any of the services on the website, restrict access to such services, in whole or in part, cancel the validity of a specific username and password, or remove or delete any information or content.

The Institute may do so in any case of a breach of these terms and/or in any case of an act or omission that harms or may harm the services provided by the Institute, its users, or anyone on its behalf.
These provisions are in addition to the Institute’s rights under any law and the other provisions of these Terms of Use.

The Institute may from time to time change the structure of the website, its appearance, the scope and availability of the services provided therein, and any other aspect related thereto,  all without prior notice. By their nature, such changes may involve malfunctions and/or initially cause inconvenience. The user shall have no claim, demand, and/or suit against the Institute regarding such changes and/or malfunctions occurring in the course thereof.
