Internationalization is a top strategic priority of HIT. As such, the institute calls on all our lecturers, researchers, and administrative staff to develop new collaborations and strengthen ongoing collaborations with European colleagues under the framework of the Erasmus+ program and other international collaborations worldwide.
The overriding goal is to develop joint academic programs and scientific collaborations with leading academic institutions and to create mutual opportunities for staff to learn and improve working methods and techniques.
HIT’s International Office is a committed advocate of the Erasmus+ program, enabling visits to counterparts and hosting opportunities to promote innovation and the exchange of good practices.

Applying for staff and student mobility grants provides an opportunity not only to sustain existing collaborations but also to establish new partnerships. Many European institutions are interested in creating new collaborations that will widen and deepen the scope of their research activities.

HIT has ongoing Erasmus+ Mobility programs along with 31 institutions located in 17 European countries and 3 Erasmus+ Capacity building projects.
We strongly invite our international partners to submit KA1 applications for academic cooperation which strengthens our relations and share-of-knowledge.
