The perspectives of the four major world religions Judaism, Christianity, Islam and Buddhism, on questions of business ethics. We explore practical cases from the modern business world, examining the sources within the various religions that address and discuss business, and comparing their approaches to Israeli and international law as well as to common moral norms.

Many startups fail because entrepreneurs launch without properly evaluating their ideas. This course equips students with academic and practical tools to assess startup concepts, feasibility, and business potential. Emphasizing hands-on learning, students will engage with key evaluation methods used throughout a startup’s lifecycle. Topics include ideation and go/no-go decisions, opportunity assessment, seed funding strategies, and ongoing evaluation post-launch.

By 2030 we project that 60% of the world population will reside in urban environments, leading to the formation of a unique urban climate. The course addresses the synergy between the urban environment and regional climate, exploring the distinctive characteristics of urban climate and ways to mitigate its impact.
