Inequality and struggles against inequality

In this course we learn about inequality, racism and prejudice in Israeli society, and further delve into the question of ageism – discrimination against the elderly. We discuss various cases of social inequality in Israel and social struggles against inequality and racism. As a course involved in the community, it brings together students and senior citizens, who cooperate in various projects, such as shared learning, digital literacy and home gardening. By working and learning together, we create an unmediated connection between the generations, as much as a platform for social entrepreneurship in which the giving and receiving sides take active parts in the process.
