Integrated Technologies

×

In this cluster we take advantage of the seemingly disparate departments of HIT, integrating design with science, or engineering with technology management and instructional technologies. We even integrate such fields as linguistics, anthropology and economics together with design and technology. The courses in this cluster will give you an exciting opportunity to go beyond your departmental studies and encounter innovative combinations of diverse fields and concepts.

Our School forms an ideal framework for a fruitful encounter between the Institute’s fields of knowledge and creativity, fostering project-based teamwork and cooperation between teachers and students from various disciplines. The integrated technologies courses will help you to enhance and implement your skills through cooperation that truly crosses disciplinary boundaries between engineers, designers, computer scientists and other specialists.

These courses contribute, in particular, for professional integration in the knowledge economy, where professionals are in charge of highly complex processes that require a vast array of skills and knowledge. In today's professional world that demands flexible minds and aptitudes, as much as command of multiple skills, a technology-integrated course will give you most useful experience.

We provide space for innovative project-based learning and create bridges to industries with interest in your work. The courses in this cluster provide not only useful skills for the 21st-century economy, but also encounters with leading industries relevant for your future career. Projects developed by students will form an important part of their academic portfolio as they enter the industry.
