MOU signed between The Technical University of Cluj-Napoca, Romania and HIT
Prof. dr. ing. Vasile Ţopa, Rector of The Technical University of Cluj-Napoca, Romania, was invited by Prof. Arik Sadeh from the Technology Management Faculty, to visit HIT and to sign an MOU with HIT on topics of innovation, technology and entrepreneurship.

He met with Prof. Eduard Yakubov, HIT's President, Dr. Refael Barkan, Head of the R&D and External Affairs Authority and Dr. Guy Yoskovitz , Head of International Ventures R&D and External Relations Authority.
Prof. dr. ing.Topa said that The Technical University of Cluj-Napoca, the second largest Technical University in Romania, shares mutual interests with HIT. Besides the scientific and academic activities, the university works in collaboration with major European organizations and is involved with the Romanian industry, especially in Transylvania.
He stressed the interest of his university in autonomous systems, research and joint ventures with the European vehicles industry.
Prof. Sadeh: "This MOU is yet another step towards recognizing HIT as a leader and innovator in technology, sciences, engineering and management among higher education institutions in Europe and puts us at the cutting edge of academic institutions worldwide".
