His work is characterized by full dedication to improving services for the benefit of Holon citizens and employees.

He also served as a lecturer and teacher in Information Systems , System Analysis and Electronics.

Currently, he serves as a director of Bank Leumi Group: Leumi Switzerland, Leumi Card, and Arab-Israeli Bank. Mr. Malach holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Tel Aviv.

He has also served as dean of HIT's Faculty of Engineering.
