The B.A. program

The program combines theoretical and practical studies aimed to promote conceptual understanding of related topics as well as mastery of relevant technological skills
 
The program (120 credits) includes the following courses, organized in three clusters: Learning & Instruction, Technology &Information Systems, Interactive Multimedia Design:
 
Year 1
Learning & Instruction:Academic Literacy, Psychology & Learning theories 1+2, Sociology of the information era, Organizational behavior, Knowledge organization & Research methods – quantitative.
 
Technology &Information Systems: New media technologies, Informatics 1, Web site development, Legal aspects of media, Introduction to programming, Introduction to data-bases, Accessibility for special needs
 
Interactive Multimedia Design: Introduction to Interactive Environments, Visual Literacy, Interface Design & Usability, Computer Graphics.
 
Year 2
Learning & Instruction: Training Development 1+2, Technology rich instruction, Research methods – qualitative, Assessment and evaluation, Interactive learning environments, Distant teaching – method & tools, Distant teaching – theory & practice
 
Technology &Information Systems: Informatics 2 Programming 1+2, Knowledge Management in Organizations.
 
Interactive Multimedia Design: Animation, Digital Video: Design Directing Production & Editing, Courseware Development.
 
Year 3
Learning & Instruction: Design and evaluation of technology rich curriculum, Implementing Instructional Technologies in corporate training
 
Technology &Information Systems: Management of Training Projects, System Analysis, Programming 3.
