Mr. Cohen holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management from the Tel Aviv University School of Engineering.
Mr. Cohen is the Chairman and Partner of the NOY Infrastructure and Energy Investments Fund, the largest Israeli fund for infrastructure-related investments. Concurrently he is also Chairman and Partner of America Israel Investments Ltd. In addition Mr. Cohen serves as Chairman of the Friends of the Rabin Medical Center and the Chairman of the Israeli Board of Trustees of the Institute for National Security Studies (INSS).
Over the years, Mr. Cohen served in a number of leading executive positions and has been chairman and member of numerous Boards of Directors mainly of the subsidiaries of the corporations he led and leads.

Mr. Tropp has abundant experience in managing large, complex systems. Among else, he has served as chairman of the Board of Trustees at Rafael Advanced Defense Systems, and as an economic consultant to Israel's Security Council.
In addition, Mr. Tropp is the Vice President of the Board at "Be-Atzmi" (in Hebrew: on my own) - an Israeli NGO that assists thousands of unemployed and underprivileged men and women every year to integrate, on their own, into stable and appropriate workforce opportunities.

Mr. Feldschuh is a former fighter pilot in the Israeli Air Force, where he commanded the intelligence division and the human resource division and attained the rank of Brigadier-General. He served as a CEO in various Israeli companies such as El Al , Champion Mototrs and Nesher Israeli Cement Enterprices Ltd.
In 2014, Mr. Feldschuh served as a judge on the committee determining the winners of the Israel Prize.

Ms. Kedem is a manager at the First International Bank of Israel. Until 1999, she managed the Rabin Square branch, the Hadar Yosef branch in Tel Aviv until 2005, the Tzamarot Herzliya branch until 2011, the Rehovot branch until 2014, and currently manages the Rishon LeZion branch.
