Architectural Description
The dormitory complex is secure and maintained around the clock. It includes three nine-story buildings comprising 428 apartments and 472 beds.
All rooms have internet infrastructure, air conditioning, TV. In addition, dormitory students can enjoy a student club, bicycle storeroom and laundry facility.

The apartment being offered to the international exchange students is the 3-bedroom apartment (a shared apartment of 3 roommates).
Pricing
2,950 NIS/month (2,400 NIS + 550 NIS additional cost for internet, electricity, water and property tax).
The indicated price is for each of the partners in the apartment.
The prices on the website are updated as of February 2022. Please note that the offered price is for a short-term rental (one semester) and therefore differs from the price of a full year rental.
Commitment must be made for the entire semester of dormitory residence.
