Call for Proposal

The 2nd International AI2 Conference - 2022 focusing on Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Text Processing will be held in HIT, Holon, Israel on March 30, 2022.


Remote participation will be possible, considering travel and health constraints at the time of the conference.

AI2 conference aims to serve as a platform for presenting innovations in the world of artificial intelligence and machine learning with an emphasis on the meeting points between academia and industry. The conference will serve as a meeting place for dialogue, sharing innovations and needs and exchanging opinions and ideas between experts and researchers from both industry and academia dealing with these fields.


This year’s conference will focus on Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Text Processing with two invited keynote lectures:

  • The Evolution of AI Assistants
    Roberto Pieraccini
    Director of Engineering
    Google, Zurich (CH)
  • Project Debater
    Noam Slonim
    Project Debater Principal Investigator
    IBM Research AI

We invite the submission of proposals for plenary lectures


Lectures should be 20min each, presenting significant research or industrial application in one of the applied areas of NLP and text related problems, such as:

  • Text mining
  • Dialogue systems
  • Natural language generation
  • Machine learning methods for language processing
  • Hebrew and Semitic language challenges and semantic/pragmatic issues


The submission format shall include: the topic, author’s name and affiliation, up to 5 keywords and a short abstract of up to 300 words. Please specify the innovation in your subject.

Notices of approval of the presentation at the conference will be received by 15.2.2022.
