Instructional Designer

DESCRIPTION

Our team is expanding and we are looking for a talented Instructional Designer to join us:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop and maintain learning products (online/frontal) as well as supporting materials for our end-users & employees in English.
  • Work closely with SMEs to analyze learners needs and develop materials to meet those needs.
  • Defining & implementing learning evaluation – analyze results and implement improvements as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Speak Read & Write fluently in English - must.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to learn technological concepts and systems.  
  • Proven experience with e-learning tools.
  • Proven experience with tools of the trade: presentations, graphics and video tools. 
  • Self-starter individual, assertive and able to work independently.
