דרוש/ה Training Developer לחברת ורינט

Job Description:

We are looking for a junior Training Developer to design and develop learning programs and practicing experiences with an emphasis on the most effective and innovative practices in learning delivery such as: tutorials, webinar, web-based training, etc.
The goal is to understand the organization needs and knowledge gap between the target audiences and to provide additional learning programs.

Responsibilities:
• Working with subject matter experts (SMEs) such as R&D, product managers, project managers, Presale etc. to identify target audience training needs
• Plan, design and develop engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and transfer
• Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process
• Monitor and evaluate knowledge by generating learning reports and feedback forms
• Maintain and update training materials and learning documents in the Learning Management System (LMS)
Requirements & Skills
• BA degree in instructional design, educational technology or similar - Advantage
• Knowledge and experience with instructional technology software & tools such as: Storyline, Camtasia and Adobe Photoshop
• Ability to write effective instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts
• Visual design skills and ability to storyboard
• Creative, think outside the box. Be able to find new and exciting ways to present information to multiple audience
• Communication skills, know how to deliver a clear message to others
• Ability to work in collaboration and with wide range of audiences
• Time management and ability to be flexible in delivering several projects
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Hebrew & English
• Ability to travel 10% of the time
