תיאור תפקיד:
We are looking for a creative talented person who will create engaging, surprising, and informative role-based training modules, including sales, operations, and technical training.
- Partner with subject matter experts to develop role-based trainings for customer success, support, R&D and sales teams.
- Create courseware for onboarding, ongoing, just-in-time and remediation training programs that support the business needs of a fast-growing company.
דרישות תפקיד:
- At least 2- 4 years' experience in developing learning content
- To develop creative and innovative multimedia learning modules
- Experience in training delivery, LMS platforms and development of training materials
- Experience with course authoring tools and content editing tools, e.g., Camtasia, Adobe and Articulate etc.
- Familiar with the principles of Instructional Design and keeping track of relevant trends
- Excellent English
- Preferred experience in sales enablement and/or experience in IT and cybersecurity
