Day 3 - Nov. 5th, 2019: High-Tech Industry Tour

A visit to Levinson Visitors Center, Weizmann Institute of Science in Rehovot was the first stop, of this inspiring day, for HIT's International guests.
The second stop was at Orbotech Ltd., Yavne.
Orbotech is a KLA company used in the manufacturing of consumer and industrial products throughout the electronics and adjacent industries. Mr. Amir Peled, Product Marketing Manager, welcomed the group with an interesting presentation and introduced the company, its abilities, strength and the impact on the technology in Israel and worldwide.
Later on the group headed to Herzliya, and visited WaterGen Ltd. The company has stated that it aims to create a "solution to a problem affecting almost two thirds of the world’s population – lack of sufficient quality drinking water, by using state-of-the-art technology to provide humanity with a renewable source of high-quality drinking water, extracted from the air, making it available anywhere, on demand and at a reasonable cost. The representatives from the company presented products' and allowed the guests to taste from the produced water.
Our last stop was at CheckPoint, Tel Aviv. Mr. Eyal Shtern, Strategic Sales Group Manager Europe, welcomed the group and reviewed the companie's capabilities, for it being a leading company in Cyber Security arena.
Since we finished the day when it was already dark outside, the guests enjoyed the lights of Tel Aviv's skyline and the city's vibe.
