Arch. Daniel Azerrad Ariel University's School of Architecture

Daniel Azerrad is a senior lecturer at the School of Architecture at Ariel University in Samaria. Born in Argentina (1961), he began his undergraduate studies in Architecture at the University of Buenos Aires (1980) and completed them at the Technion (1988). He received his Master's degree from UPF and Metropolis Barcelona (2013). He was invited to lecture at the Biennale in Buenos Aires (BA 05), at an international conference at the Faculty of Architecture of Latin America (CLEFA 09) in Buenos Aires and at National Biennale of Design FADU017 un Buenos Aires. He is a guest lecturer in Schools of Architecture in Buenos Aires, Cordoba and San Juan (Argentina), as well as in Barcelona. He founded the Daniel Azerrad Architects office in Tel Aviv as a platform for research and architectural creation, mainly in the residential field. Since 2014 he has been leading a thematic studio in the School of Architecture at Ariel University, focusing on the function of a “sketch” as a way to create and develop architecture.
