העתיד של בינה מלאכותית בעולם ההדמיה
בינה מלאכותית ולמידה עמוקה מבוססת רשתות נוירונים השתלטו על השיח בעולם ההדמיה הרפואית בשנתיים האחרונות. ההבטחה שמביאה הטכנולוגיה הביאה איתה תקווה לאפשרויות טיפול טובות יותר, בעלויות נמוכות יותר, אך גם חשש בנוגע לעתיד מקצוע הרדיולוגיה, לאור קצב התפתחות הטכנולוגיה.
הרצאת "העתיד של בינה מלאכותית בעולם ההדמיה" תיתן תמונת מצב על טכנולוגיות למידה עמוקה, ועל מידת השפעת הטכנולוגיה על היבטים כלכליים ורפואיים ברדיולוגיה בשנים הבאות. יובאו הסברים ודוגמאות שיאירו אור על השימוש האפליקטיבי של הטכנולוגיה בטיפול חולים ועל אפשרויות לשילוב הטכנולוגיה כחלק ממנגנוני הטיפול בעתיד.
 

אלעד בנימין
אלעד הוא מנכ"ל ושותף מייסד של חברת זברה מדיקל ויז'ן. הוא מביא 20 שנות נסיון בעולם הרפואה הדיגיטלית והמכשור הרפואי, בחברות הזנק וכן בחברות רב לאומיות.
לפני זברה אלעד כיהן כסמנכ"ל ומנהל חטיבת הכירורגיה בחברת לומניס (NASDAQ:LMNS) – חברת מכשור רפואי. אלעד היה חלק מצוות ההנהלה שהביא את החברה להנפקה מוצלחת בנאסדק ב-2014.
לפני לומניס, אלעד היה מנהל חטיבת התוכנה בחברת CARESTREAM, בה הוא הוביל פיתוח ומכירה של פתרונות תוכנה לרדיולוגיה וקרדיולוגיה בעולם. אלעד החל את דרכו בעולם התוכנה הרפואית בחברת אלגוטק, בה תפקד כסמנכ"ל שיווק ומוצר, עד לרכישת החברה ע"י קודאק.
אלעד מחזיק בתואר שני במנהל עסקים מאוניברסיטת סטנפורד, ותואר ראשון במדעים מאוניברסיטת תל אביב.

Machine learning, deep learning and AI have taken center stage in the medical imaging dialogue over the last 2 years. The promise of automated imaging analytics has brought with it hope and expectations of improved care at lower costs, but also trepidation regarding the future role of radiologists as this technology continues to evolve. “The Promise of Machine Learning in Medical Imaging” aims to outline the current state of machine and deep learning capabilities, and discuss how this technology will impact the financial and clinical aspects of radiology in the coming years. The fundamental technology behind machine and deep learning will be explained, along with specific use cases and their implementation in real-world clinical settings.
 

Elad Benjamin
Elad Benjamin is co-founder and CEO of Zebra Medical Vision. He brings 20 years of Healthcare IT, Medical Imaging and Medical Device experience to Zebra, in both startups and Fortune 200 companies. Prior to joining Zebra Elad served as Vice President and GM of the Surgical Business at Lumenis (NASDAQ: LMNS) – a medical device company. At Lumenis, Elad was instrumental in helping take the company public on NASDAQ. Before Lumenis, Elad was General Manager of the Healthcare Information Solutions group at Carestream where he led a global Radiology and Cardiology Imaging business.
Prior to Carestream, Elad was Vice President of Marketing and Product at Algotec Systems, a Radiology Imaging company, where he led the company’s product, marketing and regulatory strategy, until its acquisition by Kodak.
Elad holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BsC in Science from Tel Aviv University.
