Lifetime Achievement Award to Mrs. Adina Bar Shalom at 2018 Graduation Ceremony

HIT's 2018 Graduation Ceremony took place on June 26th, 2018 at the Holon Toto Hall, where 816 graduates received their B.A and Master's diplomas,in front of 3500 guests, as well as HIT's President Prof. Eduard Yakubov, Prof. Adir Pridor -chairman of the Executive Committee, Prof. David Shoikhet ,Vice President for Academic Affairs, Deans of the faculties, heads of departments, academic and administrative staff , Mr. Motti Sasson Mayor of Holon, Liron-Inbal Parsy chairperson of the students' organizations and of course, the graduates, their families and guests from Israel and abroad.

Members of the iPEN (Innovative Photonics Education in Nanotechnology) project held a 2-day meeting at HIT.

Prof. Alla Zak's articlewas chosen as a key scientific article in "Advances in Engineering".

The 4th international symposium (NTAI-2018) was dedicated to the fields of Nanocomposites, Nano coatings & Nanoparticles and Nano photonics. This meeting will bring together people from both academia and industry to share their experience in nanoscience research, which already led to industrial applications or could serve to foster further development of nanotechnology-based products.

Dr. Arriel Benis (Faculty of Technology Management HIT), Dr. Nissim Harel, (Faculty of Sciences HIT) Dr. Refael Barkan (Head of R&D and External Affiars Authority HIT), and Tomer Sela and Dr. Becca Feldman (Clalit Health Services) received the "Best Poster Award" (3rd place over 122 candidates) at the 13th National Health Policy Conference of the National Institute for Health Policy Research which tooe place last week, in Tel-Aviv.
