During the week, faculty, staff and students brought to the institute a very large amount of equipment, which was intended for shipment to refugees in Ukraine.
The maintenance department along with members of the student's association sorted and packed the many packages that contained winter clothes, hats and gloves, sleeping bags as well as extensive hygiene equipment and transported them to the collection and dispatch point.
Thanks to all of HIT's staff and students who donated generously and to the maintenance people led by Itzik Tzarom and the members of the student association led by Yossi Chen, for the rapid mobilization for this important cause.
