In the end-of- the -year ceremony which was held in honor of Mr. Joseph Bar Nathan, who had donated several scholarships to the students of the program, Dr. Guy Yoskovitz, Head of the program and deputy head of R&D and external affairs authority, said that the number of students that were accepted to the program this year had doubled. This is the best sign that such a program is a huge success. This is the first year, since the program had started,  in which students who are interested in studying engineering and that meet the faculty's requirements, will be able to study directly in the Faculty of Engineering.

After their military service they approach the industry with all their knowledge and experience and become a major factor in research and development in technology, industry and science fields in Israel and abroad.
