Holon Physics Seminar
Abstract:
The new area of semiconductor and quantum spintronics is expanding at a spectacular rate. I will give an overview of the current status of this novel technology, which includes adding use of electron and nuclear spin at electronic devices, which led to a development of the new type of memory, hard drives, sensors, quantum bit and quantum photonic devices. The lecture is accompanied by a demonstration of real spintronic device.
