Rony Herz began his career at Scali McCabe Sloves / NY in the early 1980's working on such accounts as Hertz, Maxell, Nikon, Perdue and Volvo. He moved to Lord Geller Federico Einstein to work on WNBC-TV, IBM and FUJI. And then on to Lintas as an Associate Creative Director, where he became more involved in global brands, supervising Carnation, MasterCard and Paul Masson.
After returning to Israel in the early 1990's, he became a Partner and Creative Director in two of the country's largest advertising agencies: Grey/Israel and McCann-Erickson/Kesher Barel. Rony played a major role in the successful launch of the P&G brands Pantene and Pringles in Israel during this time.
In 1999, Rony opened Ofer&Herz, which later became Ofer Herz Linial DDB / Israel. The agency was recognized as a leading creative shop and was named as one of the top three most desirable agencies to work for in the country. A partial list of the Agency's clients included: Alfa Romeo, Fiat, Suzuki Motorcycles, Johnson&Johnson, Fa, B&O and El Al Israel Airlines Cargo. One of the agency's most significant campaigns was the launch and maintenance of Red Bull Energy Drink in Israel 1999 thru 2007.
In 2007, after merging its conventional activity with McCann, the Agency changed its format and became Herz Brand Interface – a Brandvertising boutique.
