Gankin Michael received the M.Sc. degree in electrical and electronics engineering from Azerbaijan Oil and Chemistry Institute (AzOCI), Baku, USSR.  (Qualification: An electronic engineer of measuring and automation systems).

Since 1997, he has been with Holon Institute of Technology (HIT).
