Photonics-Processing Laboratory

The Photonics-Processing Laboratory is equipped with various PC computers, electronics hardware and software to perform various controlling functions as well as to acquire and process data in situ. Labs which support the research activity with additional equipment are the Microelectronics Lab and the Sciences Department Lab, including X-ray photoelectron, spectroscopy (XPS), scanning electron microscope (SEM), and surface profilometer and sputtering deposition systems. The laboratory facilities are also used for educational purposes such as the optical characterization of electro-optical materials, devices and systems.
